“READY TO BE” follows in the footsteps of their previous chart-topping releases, “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” and “BETWEEN 1&2,” both of which also spent eight weeks on the Billboard 200. Back on March 19, Billboard broke the exciting news that “READY TO BE” had made its grand entrance at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, marking the highest U.S. sales week for any K-pop female artist to date. The album, released on March 10, amassed a staggering 153,000 equivalent album units, including 145,000 traditional album sales, 7,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units, and a staggering 10.28 million on-demand audio streams. Furthermore, “READY TO BE” garnered an impressive 500 track equivalent album (TEA) units within its debut week.
To top it off, TWICE’s captivating music video for the title track “SET ME FREE” has captured the hearts of fans worldwide, amassing a whopping 64,673,295 views on YouTube as of May 11.
